In these conditions, any CAM approach addressing to all these intricacies of PAOD is a welcoming thought. The authors tried to intervene with CAM therapy in a patient diagnosed as having PAOD. The clinical improvements observed in this single case are warranting for more serious studies to define the role of CAM in these conditions.
