Bailey F et al. - Cyclizine is an antihistamine, which is frequently used to manage nausea and vomiting in cancer patients. Antihistamines can be drugs of misuse/abuse, and the article describes four cancer patients who developed such problems after receiving parenteral cyclizine within the inpatient unit of a cancer centre. The article also briefly reviews the literature on the misuse/abuse of cyclizine and other antihistamines.
