Margulescu AD et al. - The authors present a rare case of noncardiogenic pulmonary edema (NCPE) associated with sudden coma due to severe hypoglycemia. The authors suggest that in every case of NCPE associated with coma, a rapid determination of glycemia should be provided because delays in diagnosis can lead to adverse outcome.
