Surgery, a form of traumatic stress, has been reported to bring on lupus anticoagulant and catastrophic antiphospholipid antibody syndrome. These relationships remind a generation or an enhancement of pathognomic autoantibody vulnerable for dopaminergic toxicity, such as lupus anticoagulant or other antiphospholipid antibody
