ICEM 2010 is organised by the Society of Emergency Medicine in Singapore. It is the biennial conference of the International Federation for Emergency Medicine (IFEM). This will be the first time the world's premier international conference in the field of Emergency Medicine is being held in Singapore or anywhere in Asia. The scientific programme will cover information on multiple aspects of emergency medical care practiced in a variety of environments. These topics will be presented through state-of-the-art lectures, symposia, panel discussions, workshops, free communications and poster presentations. The conference will carefully document lessons learnt at each track and transmit these to all interested groups for continuing development of the ideas created during the meetings.
