Emergency Department:
?New 30 bed, 18,000 square feet ED opening in 2012
?36,000 annual patient census
?36 hours of daily physician coverage (8 or 12 hour shifts)
?12 hours of daily physician assistant coverage
Compensation:
?Competitive rate
?Performance Incentives
?Full malpractice with tail coverage
?24 month partnership track
Staff opportunity exceeds $375K annually
1 hour from Erie, PA or Buffalo, Ny
