Osage Pecan Company of Butler, MO announced that it is voluntarily recalling all Roasted and Salted In-shell Pistachios sold under the Osage Pecan Company label in 1 pound packages between the dates of October 2008 and April 2009. These pistachios were supplied by Setton Pistachio of Terra Bella, Inc. and are being recalled as a precautionary measure because the product may be contaminated with Salmonella. Setton Pistachio of Terra Bella expanded their recall of roasted shelled and in-shell pistachios April 6, 2009 to include all 2008 crop pistachio products that it has shipped to date.
