Pead is New Eclipsys CEO

Philip Pead, former CEO at Per-Se Technologies Inc., is the new president and CEO of Eclipsys Corp., an Atlanta-based health care I.T company. Pead headed Per-Se until it was acquired by McKesson Corp. in 2007. He had been elected to Eclipsys’ board in February, a post he will retain. Most recently, he served as managing partner of the consulting firm Beacon Point Partners LLC.
