James Peebles has been named interim president and CEO of QuadraMed Corp., a Reston, Va.-based health care software company. He replaces Keith Hagen, who is stepping down for personal reasons. The company has launched a search for a permanent replacement for Hagen. Now a member of QuadraMed’s board, Peebles has worked in health care I.T. for 40 years. He co-founded MIDS Inc. and Sunquest Information Systems.
