Misonix, Inc., a developer of minimally invasive ultrasonic medical device technology, which in Europe is used for the ablation of cancer and worldwide for other acute health conditions, has entered into a new, three year, exclusive distribution agreement with privately-held Eclipse Medical BV, based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, for the distribution of the SonaStar Ultrasonic Surgical Aspirator, the BoneScalpel Ultrasonic Bone Cutter, and the SonicOne Ultrasonic Wound Debrider. The agreement provides Eclipse Medical with the rights to sell in The Netherlands, and includes minimum purchase requirements.
