CareFusion names Robert Friel to board of directors
CareFusion Corporation, the company that will become public from the planned spinoff of Cardinal Health's clinical and medical products businesses, announced that Robert Friel will serve on the company's board of directors following the completion of the spinoff. Friel, 53, is chairman and chief executive officer of PerkinElmer, Inc., a global leader focused on improving the health and safety of people and the environment.
