Update on Eloxatin (oxaliplatin) U.S. Patent Litigation Sanofi-aventis has learned that the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey has ruled against the Group by granting summary judgment motions brought by certain generic companies in the U.S. Eloxatin patent litigation.
