Sirion Therapeutics, Inc., an ophthalmic-focused biopharmaceutical company, announced that it has completed a merger with Sytera, Inc., a biopharmaceutical firm based in La Jolla, California committed to discovering new treatments for dry AMD (age- related macular degeneration).
