Robati RM et al. – Injection of botulinum toxin type A through the temporal hairline to correct supraciliary wrinkles seems to be safe and effective.

Dear Colleagues, The area lateral to lateral limbus on forehead seems to be a danger zone in BTX-A injection because of high probability of eye lid ptosis. However, supracilliary wrinkle in this site remain a cosmetic problem for many patient after BTX-A injection. In this study, we propose a efficient solution to erase the lateral wrinkle on the forehead with use of BTX-A without facing any considerable side effects particularly ptosis by injection small amount of toxin on upper lateral border of face with respect to described land marks.
