Garrido–Rios AA et al. – The authors report a 75–year–old woman with a 1–month history of a painful ulcer on the tongue. Histopathological findings confirmed a diagnosis of angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia. The tongue is an unusual site for this lesion. The treatment of choice for AHE is surgical excision.
