Matsushita S et al. – The authors present a patient with multiple piloleiomyoma (MPL) of the submentum who underwent reconstructive surgery using a submental perforator flap. The result was excellent and there were no postoperative complications. MPL of the submental region is relatively rare; to knowledge, this is the first report of MPL treated successfully with a submental perforator flap.
