Duarte AF et al. - A 46-year-old woman presented with a 5-year history of bilateral symmetrical papules on the upper and lower eyelids. The papules had progressively grown in number and dimension. Besides cosmetic concerns, the patient noted that the lesions were asymptomatic and she was otherwise healthy.
