Klein T et al. - Renal cell carcinoma is associated with paraneoplastic syndromes in up to 40% of cases. Dermatological manifestations are rare. The authors present a case of a bullous pemphigoid as a paraneoplastic symptom was diagnosed in a 52-year-old patient with a partially sarcomatoid papillary renal cell carcinoma.
