Multi-Specialty Practice: Our one FT dermatologist in town is part of a multi-specialty group and the group would be very interested in a partner for him. This is a one Year to partnership tract position. 1st Year Guaranteed Salary (guarantee the Dermatologist will be extremely busy from day 1, so there will be little to no ramp up!!!) Open a Solo Practice: Net Income Guarantee Arrangement 2 Years that includes salary, Allowable practice expenses, Facility, Equipment, Staff, Malpractice, Professional Services i.e. Accounting, Legal, Billing Company, etc.•Relocation & Student Loan Repayment or Signing Bonus negotiable.
