Crespi R et al. – The aim of the study was to evaluate the clinical outcome of implants placed in previously grafted alveolus and expanded at second–stage surgery by the osteotome technique. At 36 months follow–up, the use of osteotome technique for vertical expansion of grafted tissue, can be considered a predictable procedure in implant surgery.
