Jacobson N et al. – After flapless placement of a NobelDirect implant with immediate loading there was not enough vertical space for an esthetic restoration. Surgical crown lengthening was performed to create vertical space to place an esthetically pleasing restoration in harmony with the patient's existing dentition.
