Chaturvedi P – A simple technique is proposed with which to improve cosmesis following hemimandibulectomy, utilising the locally available muscle remnants. In highly selected patients, the remaining muscles can be approximated to prevent the lateral hollow that is a common but unacceptable sequel to hemimandibulectomy.
