Metgud S et al. – An accurate assessment of the presence of single conical unbifurcated posterior root forms was made with the help of spiral computerized tomography. This case report highlights the use of high–end diagnostic imaging modalities such as spiral computerized tomography in making a confirmatory diagnosis of the multiple morphologic abnormalities.
