Chang HJ et al. - The glass-ionomer/collagen hybrids presented enhanced compressive strength when integrated with 0.01% collagen, while higher concentrations of collagen compromised their mechanical property. Collagen improved both the mechanical and biocompatible properties of glass ionomers.
