Soft Tissue Changes ProducedBy a Banded-Type Herbst Appliance in Late Mixed Dentition Patients
World Journal of Orthodontics, 07/07/08

The profile improvement in the Herbst group was likely because of the changes observed in the upper lip and, to a minor degree, in the lower lip and soft tissue pogonion.
