Orofacial fungal infections are occasionally seen in the immunocompromised patient. In this case, a patient with a relapse of an acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) developed a fatal mandibular infection. This may be the first reported case of a trifungal infection with zygomycosis, aspergillosis, and candidiasis in the oral cavity and the fifth mandibular zygomycosis case
