Lee MS et al. – Patients with orthotopic heart transplantation (OHT) who develop in–stent restenosis (ISR) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) have poor long–term prognosis. Improvements in prevention and treatment of transplant coronary artery disease (TCAD) such as increased pharmacotherapy are needed.
