Kim YW et al. – PMN–SAH can be distinguished on CT in the majority of patients, but should be confirmed by a negative cerebral angiography. In addition, Convexal NA–SAH is another important subtype of NA–SAH associated with diverse etiologies and symptoms, although prognosis is generally favorable.
