Uzark K et al. – Although pediatric heart transplant recipients experience significant symptomatic improvement, they remain at–risk for impaired psychosocial QOL, similar to children with residual or palliated heart disease. Assessment is needed to identify children at–risk and improve psychosocial outcomes.
