Garnock–Jones KP – Dabigatran etexilate 150 mg twice daily is more effective than warfarin for the prevention of stroke and systemic embolism in patients with atrial fibrillation, and generally well tolerated, particularly with regard to bleeding endpoints compared with warfarin.
