Reinhard M et al. – Cerebral autoregulation is primarily preserved in acute ICH, but a secondary decline mainly ipsilateral to the ICH can occur. This is associated with poor clinical status, ventricular hemorrhage, lower cerebral perfusion pressure and worse clinical outcome.
