Kovac AL – Sugammadex is a novel cyclodextrin, the first in a new class of selective binding reversal agents that terminates neuromuscular block (NMB) with the steroidal nondepolarizing agents, rocuronium and vecuronium. Sugammadex can reverse a moderate or deep NMB.
