Venkata MKK et al. – The spinal deformities pose a challenge for positioning and regional anaesthesia. The authors present a case of a primigravida scheduled for an elective Caesarean section successfully managed with a general anaesthetic technique using awake fibreoptic technique for endotracheal intubation.
