Fiadjoe J et al. – The anesthesiologist confronting the difficult pediatric airway is presented with a unique set of challenges. Normal developmental anatomic differences of the pediatric airway and the presence of craniofacial dysmorphisms, presents additional challenges to tracheal intubation.
