Marguerite C et al. – The authors describe a case–report of a 64–year–old woman who presented an acute iatrogenic hypoglycaemia after gynecological surgery. An inadequate keeping of Dextrostix led to wrong hyperglycaemia measurement and inappropriate insulin administration. The mistake was treated with complete recovery.
