Katz BZ et al. – The authors compared the RSV nosocomial infection rate in our neonatal intensive care unit before and after RSV prophylaxis, using nosocomial rotavirus infections as a comparator. There were no significant differences between nosocomial RSV infection rates before and after institution of prophylaxis.
