Kumar VRH et al. - It is concluded that 0.125% bupivacaine did not have any added advantage over 0.0625% in labor analgesia. Intrathecal fentanyl 25 microg and epidural 0.0625% bupivacaine with 2 microg.ml^-1 fentanyl is enough to attain rapid onset of analgesia and to provide adequate duration of analgesia without lengthening the duration of labor.
