Garg M et al. - Patients with OI pose a significant challenge to anaesthesiologist owing to difficult airway, problems with positioning, fractures, tendency for hyperthermia and platelet functional abnormalities. Only thorough preoperative workup and prompt management can improve the outcome in these patients.
