Amar MF et al. - A combination of divergent carpometacarpal joints dislocations, distal radius fracture, and posterior elbow dislocation is an uncommon injury. There are various clinical signs and radiographic features that are useful to aid diagnosis. Initiating appropriate treatment early will help improve the functional outcome of the injured extremity.
