Lam NC et al. - After deflation of the large oropharyngeal cuff of the Combitube, video laryngoscopy was performed with the Direct Coupled Interface (DCI) video intubation system, and the Combitube was exchanged for an ETT with the assistance of a gum elastic bougie.
