Behera PR et al. - Securing and maintaining airway in a case of giant cell tumor of mandible with intraoral extension with rheumatic heart disease with mitral regurgitation is important. Proper and meticulous haemodynamic management should be done in this cases. Nasotracheal intubation with invasive monitoring should be used to manage these cases.
