Finlay DK et al. – The results thus provide two novel insights concerning pathological signaling caused by PTEN loss in lymphocytes. Second, PDK1 determines the cohort of chemokine and adhesion receptors expressed by PTEN–null cells, thereby controlling their migratory capacity.
