Kim WY et al. – Follicular dendritic cell sarcoma is characterized by proliferation of spindled to ovoid cells reminiscent of follicular dendritic cells. The complication of myasthenia gravis and paraneoplastic pemphigus may suggest that immature T–cell proliferation has an autoimmunity–related systemic influence.
