Although increasing evidence suggests a slower disease course in children with MS when compared to adults, significant disability can still accumulate by early adulthood. There are controversial reports regarding the prognosis of late onset MS patients...In this study, the response to IFN therapy in young onset MS patients has been found similar to older age onset MS patients.
