Jin Y et al. - The frequencies of CD4+CD25+ and CD4+CD25hi T cells were found to increase with age in normal controls but not in T1D patients, resulting in significantly higher frequencies of CD4+CD25+ and CD4+CD25hi T cells in young T1D subjects than age-matched controls but slightly lower CD4+CD25+ and CD4+CD25hi T cells in old T1D subjects than age-matched controls.
