Yetkin U et al. - The purpose of this review is to introduce and evaluate MRA in demonstration of various severe stenotic and/or occlusive arteriosclerotic arterial diseases. MRA is a fast,safe and accurate assessment of the lower extremity arterial system in patients with arteriosclerosis. It has a high sensitivity for detecting stenoses and this technique should be part of the diagnostic algorithm.
