Cuccia AM et al. - The present study found that in non obese as well obese OSAS patients skeletal changes are often evident, especially in obese in terms of intermaxillary divergence, and that, unexpectedly, in obese OSAS patients alterations of oropharyngeal soft tissue are not always present and prevailing.
