Pharmacist and member of the State Board of Health, was recently indicted for allegedly "recklessly" selling pseudoephedrine to make the illegal stimulant methamphetamine. Evans was named in four felony and three misdemeanor counts in an indictment unsealed in Comanche County District Court. Oklahoma Attorney General Drew Edmondson is pursuing a sentence of up to 43 years in prison.
