The Workshop on Perinatal Practice Strategies was
created in 1988 to provide a forum for addressing
practice issues in neonatal/perinatal medicine.
The Workshop seeks to:
- Provide guidance and support to physicians in
the daily academic and/or private practice of
neonatal/perinatal medicine
- Offer a forum for discussion of a variety of
important issues, including clinical care, education,
documentation, coding, dealing with government
agencies, and financial management
- Assist neonatologists and other pediatric
professionals in providing motivation and
guiding change
- Develop strategies for physicians to support
high-quality, current health care in a successful
and satisfying practice environment
