Fiebigera W et al. – The occurrence of NETs/undifferentiated neuroendocrine carcinomas following organ transplantation appears to be rare, with an incidence comparable with the normal population. Our data suggest a highly aggressive course with a dismal prognosis and unresponsiveness to chemotherapy.
